We call pharmacies on your behalf. Send a search link to your patients with their prescription details, let them run the search, and we'll notify you when the search is done.

Add patients within the Needle app with their medication details and "start search". We will send them a search link to start the process.
Step 2
Patients add their location and search preferences
Patients have full control over which pharmacies we check and work with the Needle team to find a place convenient to them.
Step 3
Get notified once we find your patients' meds
Patients are given a first look at which pharmacies have their medication in stock and select the one they prefer before your get notified.
Once you're notified, send the prescription through your normal ePrescribing system.
